Challenge
Regional health plan leaders were operating in silos, lacking structured opportunities to collaborate, share best practices, and collectively problem-solve around evolving Medicare Advantage and consumer experience demands.

Solution
Designed and launched two executive-level forums — a Medicare Advantage Leadership Council and a Consumer Experience Leadership Circle — bringing together senior leaders across plans. These programs created a structured environment for peer learning, strategic dialogue, and shared problem-solving on critical industry challenges.
