Challenge

Clinicians faced gaps in understanding key population health concepts, limiting the success of progressing within value-based initiatives.

Solution

Led the development of Population Health University, an educational initiative launched through a large health plan in collaboration with the American Journal of Managed Care (AJMC). The platform was designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to improve patient outcomes, sharing best practices, case studies, and research focused on chronic disease management, care coordination, and health equity.
